Building and Architectural Committee Request for Approval.

Section 10:

For the purpose of further assuring development of the lands in the Subdivision as a residential community of high standards, quality, and beauty, the architectural plans and location of any improvements shall be approved in writing by the Association or a committee of the Association.  The requirements of plan approval includes, but is not limited to swimming pools and patios, whether the same are attached to the residence or separated therefrom, or substantial alterations of the exterior appearances of completed residences, to be constructed, erected, made, or otherwise done within said Subdivision.

The expectation for our neighborhood is to get Architectural Committee approval for any "substantial alteration of the exterior appearance of completed residences".  This includes new roofs and painting.  If unsure whether you need approval or not, please use the contact page to ask a question and get an answer before starting your project.  It is in all of our best interests to maintain our neighborhood to the highest standards.
